These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Kuusi. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Using Kuusi
Kuusi is a private photo sharing app designed for small, trusted groups. You may use Kuusi only in compliance with these terms and applicable law.
- you must provide accurate account information
- you are responsible for activity on your account
- you must keep your device and account secure
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload to Kuusi.
By uploading content, you give Kuusi permission to host, store, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Kuusi or use it in ways that could harm other people, the service, or the law.
- do not upload unlawful or harmful content
- do not interfere with or disrupt the service
- do not attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems
- do not use Kuusi for spam, abuse, or fraud
5. Groups and sharing
Kuusi is designed for private group sharing. When you share content in a group, that content may be visible to members of that group.
You are responsible for what you share and with whom you share it.
Group owners can manage their groups, including removing members and deleting groups. Deleting a group removes it for all members and deletes the photos in that group.
6. Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription.
The free plan includes 1GB of storage, up to 3 groups, two-year photo previews, and feed ads. Premium includes 50GB of storage, up to 10 groups, full photo previews, and no feed ads.
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple through your App Store account. Pricing, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated by Apple, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
7. Termination
You may stop using Kuusi at any time.
You can delete your account in the app. Account deletion removes your account data, your remaining uploaded photos, device notification records, and groups you created, and removes you from groups you joined.
Kuusi may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users.
8. Liability
Kuusi is provided on an as available basis. While we aim to provide a reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, Kuusi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app or website.
